STRINEX Standard Hardware Warranty & RMA Policy
1. Standard Limited Warranty Coverage
STRINEX warrants all factory-certified optical transceivers (including 1G, 10G, 25G, and 100G SFP/QSFP modules), direct attach cables (DAC), active optical cables (AOC), and energy infrastructure equipment against material manufacturing defects and operational failures under normal operating conditions for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of invoice.
2. Optical Performance & Compatibility Guarantee
Every transceiver is tested for exact wavelength accuracy, insertion loss margins, and EEPROM coding compatibility with tier-1 enterprise switches and routers. If an optical module experiences link degradation or protocol handshake errors during the warranty window, STRINEX provides rapid technical diagnostic support and replacement services.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure
To request warranty service, contact our technical support team at support@strinex.ae with your original invoice number, serial numbers, and switch error logs. Upon RMA issuance, replacement units will be dispatched in accordance with our regional customer service SLA across the UAE and GCC territories.
4. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover damages caused by physical mishandling, optical connector contamination from improper cleaning, electrical power surges beyond rated operational limits, unauthorized firmware modifications, or environmental exposure exceeding hardware datasheet specifications.
